I saved the pushup test for the end of the video as an epilogue of sorts and lucky I did – had I have done that first thing in the morning I probably would not have survived the day. The pushup test really highlighted just how poor my fitness level is at this stage. I’m glad I did it as it will give a good metric to check back on towards the end of the challenge so be sure to stick around.
Todays exercise day started out with a brisk walk early in the morning followed by some diet watching as far as caloric intake and monitoring my daily activity closely using Apple’s HealthKit. After finishing the day off with the pushup challenge – I’m leveled.
